As Operations Manager, Erica works closely with staff and patients and also oversees community involvement through charitable events and community outreach. Her work with patients involves ensuring patients maximize their dental insurance benefits, and she is readily available to answer difficult questions for patients so they can make educated decisions for their oral health. She enjoys the amazing team she works with, as well as helping people every day in her job. Erica holds a bachelors and masters degree in History, but she fell into the dental field after grad school when she realized how much she loved helping people and seeing them light up after they received the smile they always wanted.
When not working, Erica enjoys spending time with her better half Adam and her two Boston Terriers, Woody and Brutus. She also enjoys trying new foods and drinks, walking, traveling, and spending time with her family. She is a former softball collegiate athlete and is a member of the Armstrong County Sport Hall of Fame. Someday Erica would love to swim with great white sharks (in a shark cage of course!).
